		<description>We've been using the demo now for the last week and a half. I was happy to see that it's much faster and more reliable than the last program we had (FF). Not only is this a better program, it costs $7000 less a year! Live and learn... It's very easy to use right from the start, it performed flawlessly in the field, every one of our deputies voted for it (even the ones that don't like computers!!!). Two thumbs up.</description>

		<description>This follows along the trend where php is outperforming .net in processing speed online. Blue Wave Data has had another case management system for parole and probation agencies that's been out for two years and it's just now beginning to get the attention it deserves.

Obviously, this must be one of the companies you mentioned that have been laying "in the weeds" with good software waiting for the market to catch up to them.

		<description>Pulling them out of the weeds? lol! Government agencies have historically been slow to move their apps online. I agree that 2008 will see a marked increase of govt. systems migrating to the web. Improved security, lower costs, mobility, and user-knowledge are all in play.</description>
